Mission: maximize opportunities for individual development of persons with autism by providing an array of premier services to individuals, and support to families.
The farm setting offers abundant opportunities for distraction-free activities. This can include horticulture (greenhouses and hoop houses, farming), wood working (wood shed), the barn (animal care), art studio (weaving, painting, drawing, ceramics), grounds keeping, computer lab, recycling program, kitchen and cooking. Also available is training and consultation programs/workshops/tours for parents, direct support professionals, agency employees, medical professionals, student interns, or others interested in starting a farm for individuals with autism.
Ages vary according to location. The youngest person served was 12 years old. The oldest resident is 61 years old.
