2011 GATB Fund Recipients

Congratulations to 2011 GATB Fund Recipients!


Autism Academy of Learning - received $4,000 to assist in purchasing new equipment including sensory software and iPads

Agility Angels- received $12,000 to assist in program expenses and scholarship money for families who are unable to pay monthly fees for the program

Autism Model School - received a total of $28,760:  $3,760 to be used towards a "Living Classroom" that will help young adults with autism transition into adulthood and promote independence.  $25,000  is to be used for scholarship money for the after school and summer program through the Self Reliance Center.

Autism Society of Northwest Ohio - received $10,000 to assist in clerical help

Bittersweet Farms - received $6,000 to assist with their new Pesto Program and purchase art supplies

iTaalk Foundation - received $10,000 to support training workshops and the purchase of additional iPads and software to be granted to families

Lucas County Educational Service Center - received $5,000 for their aquatics program

Tiffin City Schools - received $3,500 to assist in training staff and purchasing new material for students

Toledo Hearing and Speech - received $3,000 to purchase iPads

The University of Toledo - received $10,000 to provide scholarship money and new equipment for the Perceptual Motor Development Clinic
